Dagmar Shirtdress Yay or Nay? (Review Revisited)

I reviewed the Dagmar Shirtdress originally on Effortless Anthropologie and now I am trying to decide. Should I buy it? Wait for a sale? Or skip it entirely (cause it looks vaguely like the female equivalent of a Hawaiian shirt as discussed on In Pursuit of Pretty Things).

Note this is the size 6 and I would order an 8 cause the 6 is clearly snug.
