Here we are, already racing to the rescue of the Footbods who think scouting is for girls.

The Yeomanry made short work of this hotspot ... 

Although we successfully cleared the ridge lines, Johnny Footbod still blundered into an ambush.

Unfortunately, the rear of the square was left open by Barty 'Dizzy' Knowles ... letting the Mahdists in ... so in our fourth stiff action of the day, we had to charge in and rescue them ...

By hook or by crook, we managed to get the infantry and all their suitcases and gadgets through the defile and into a suitable place to fortify.  Doubtless they remebered their shovels.
