Kazi Ni Kutuonyesha Boobs Tu! - Aoko Attacks Terryanne Chebet

Maverick Aoko
Controversial Kenyan writer Maverick Aoko is known for attacking women she perceives as having poor morals.

Her latest target was TV queen Terryanne Chebet whom she accussed of having "bloody standards".

Aoko claimed that Chebet was unmarried yet she has two children from different men because of her poor standards.

"Bloody standards. Reminds me of ex Citizen TV journalist Terry Anne Chebet who was on Radio Jambo last week saying "Mungu hajampea the one," yet she has two kids from different men," Aoko said in her Twitter wall.

The writer was responding to a question by a Twitter user who asked why most Kenyan women are unmarried yet have children.

"Something is Very Very wrong with Kenyan society. I met up with four beautiful single women about 30 years old. Each has one or two children. None is married. All are seeking a partner but nearly giving up. Each is stunningly gorgeous & working. What is the problem?" one Maureen Wang'ati asked.

Aoko claimed that Chebet was not humble and that's why she had not gotten a man. She further accussed the former Citizen TV presenter of being a show-off.

"Kazi ni kuonyeasha tattooed boobs na Range on Insta. Humble yourselves muolewe," Aoko said.

Aoko's claim comes a few days after Chebet opened up about being a single mother and her plans to get married.

The mother of two said that she doubts herself when it comes to taking up the duties of a wife. She spoke in an interview with a local radio station.

She admitted that she finds it difficult since she is used to making her own choices and matching to the beat of her own drums.

Terryanne Chebet
"Being a single mum is something I have always been and so it comes naturally and I do not know how not to be. That is one of the challenges that I always tell myself, nitaweza kweli kuwa bibi mzuri wa kukaa nyumbani?"

"I would like to be a wife but I am so used to being on my own and being independent and doing things my way. Knowing my place and depending on my own decisions," Terryanne Chebet told Radio Jambo.
