Zendaya Wears Giambattista Valli For Lancôme Advertisement!

With the MET Gala closely approaching, I am going to take a look back at another CAMP themed look that Zendaya has blessed us with. In the previous blog post, I explained what the theme of the MET Gala would be this year, as it explores the aesthetic of "CAMP" which is defined as a "love of the unnatural: of artifice and exaggeration" as noted in Susan Sontag's 1964 Essay "Notes On Camp" 

Back in February, when it was announced that Zendaya was going to be the new brand Ambassadress for Lancôme Paris, her stylist Law Roach shared a video of her on the set of the upcoming Ad Campaign photo shoot wearing a tulle gown from Giambattista Valli's Spring 2019 Haute Couture collection.

For shoes, Zendaya loves a good classic pointy-toe pump, and for the occasion, she wore her favorite designer shoe of choice Christian Louboutin. In the video, breaking away from her beloved "So Kate" model, she can be seen wearing the Christian Louboutin "Hot Jeanbi" 110mm Lace Pump.
